All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. All products are warranted from malfunctions and defects for one year. This warranty applies to issues relating to normal usage. Any misuse, abuse, neglect, vandalism or accidental damage to product is not covered.
- Buyer is over the age of 18
- The purchase, possession, and use of each item purchased from Creative Customz will not violate the law of Buyer's jurisdiction, it is up to the buyer to know their state law.
- Buyer shall not use any item sold by Creative Customz for any unlawful purpose. We only intend for Creative Customz products to be used lawfully
- For the purchase of any GPS tracking device, Buyer will not use GPS devices for the invasion of any other person's privacy.
- All instructional material sold by Creative Customz are for educational purposes only.
Except for the warranty provided by the manufacturer of each item sold by Creative Customz, ALL OTHER GUARANTEES, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER ARISING UNDER ANY STATUTE, LAW, COMMERCIAL USAGE OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.
Buyer agrees that Creative Customz liability for products sold, whether based on contract, tort, breach of warranty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the purchase price paid by Buyer. In no event shall Creative Customz be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages.
