CCR SRT-4 Short Block

All stage 1 blocks are honed and bored to 3.464, and decked parallel to the mains. It is then fetted with JE Forged pistons and rings. JE pistons are standerd compression  height and compression ratio. Then a balance crankshaft is put in with Eagle Connecting Rods. A new oil pump will be put on and new Mopar main and rod bearings. This will also come with a new pick up and oil pan. This set up is good for more than 550 Hp.

All stage 2 blocks are honed and bored to 3.4605 or 3.4805, and decked parallel to the mains. It is then fetted with Custom JE Forged pistons and rings. Custom JE Forged Pistons are short skirt, light weight, and dished and come with premium .866 piston pins, fill-fetting rings.  Then a balance crankshaft is put in with Oliver Billet Steel 6.160 Connecting Rods. A new oil pump will be put on and new Mopar main and rod bearings. This will also come with a new pick up and oil pan. This set up is good for  700 Hp.

All stage 3 blocks are honed and bored to  3.4805, and decked parallel to the mains. It is then fetted with Custom JE Forged pistons and rings. Custom JE Forged Pistons are short skirt, light weight, and dished and come with premium .866 piston pins, fill-fetting rings.  Then a balance crankshaft is put in with Aluminum or Titanium  Connecting Rods. A new oil pump will be put on and new Mopar main and rod bearings. This will also come with a new pick up and oil pan. This set up is good for  750 Hp.

     This is the same set that we use on our own SRT-4. At 24PSI boost and a GT30R turbo we are making 507Hp. At 32PSI boost we are making 579Hp. This is one of the best kits we have found for the SRT4.

  • AMS Srt-4 Race Cylinder Head

    The AMS SRT-4 Ported Race head features 1mm oversized valves, dual valve springs with titanium retainers. The valves are unshrouded and a race valve job is performed for optimum flow. All finished heads are checked for valve and spring height according to our specific tolerances.The AMS SRT-4 Ported Race head features 1mm oversized valves, dual valve springs with titanium retainers.     Our race head is born from a lengthy process which greatly improves air flow. Initially the head is spray washed, bead blasted and thorughly inspected. Next the valve guides are removed to ensure complete access for precise porting. After our propriatary porting and gasket matching is done the guides are re-installed and our race valve job is performed. The combustion chambers are cleaned up and ported before the deck is milled absolutely flat to ensure a smooth gasket surface for a perfect seal. Finally the oversized valves, springs and retainers are installed.

    Designed for high rpm, BC valve springs are wound from only the highest grade, super clean, chrome silicone alloy and feature proprietary processing procedures for consistent pressures. BC titanium retainers are CNC machined from 6AL4V round bar titanium to exacting tolerances. An excellent product at a great price. We reccomend using valve springs and retainers when upgrading cams.

    Brian Crower SRT-4 Valvespring & Titanium Retainer Kit:

    16 piece titanium retainer and valvespring kit, designed for improved response and increased strength for aftermarket camshafts. Reccomended for the 264/264 Brian Crower SRT-4 cams, required for the 272/272 Brian Crower SRT-4 cams. We reccomend that you use this kit with 264/264 cams, but the 272/272 cams reqiure the use of this kit.

    JE Forged Pistons for the SRT-4 or PT turbo Cruiser. The pistons are much stronger than the factory cast pistons. They will work with the stock connecting rods and the Eagle connecting rods. This piston holds the stock piston height.
